XTREME TEAM TRAINING is small group personal training in teams comprised of the same 6-10 people, two times per week for 6 weeks. Team members will experience belonging, challenges, support, and technical direction all in a motivating environment that will respect individuality while progressing as a team. History has shown us that by working as a team we gain far greater results than when we work out on our own.
