Natalie is a Certified personal trainer and nutrition coach working toward her post-rehab exercise specialist certification. Growing up she competed in swimming and trampoline and more recently successfully completed three-half marathons. Now she has fallen in love with the sport of weightlifting and spends all of her time outside of work and school practicing her Olympic lifts and getting stronger! Outside of fitness she enjoys reading fiction and non-fiction books and binge-watching Netflix, specifically sports documentaries. I love working with older clientele to help make daily activities feel easier or reduce impacts of arthritic pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions in their day-to-day life & young athletes looking to excel in their sport.
