As a certified Zumba Instructor, I plan and implement dance classes for participants of all ages.
I demonstrate a wide range of styles of Latin Dance such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Mambo, Flamenco, Bachata, Reggaeton , Cha-Cha, as well as Hip Hop and Tango. For my classes I develop new training methodologies for all levels of participants that involve a balance of technique, choreography and musicality. My aim is to assist club members reach their health and fitness goals in a fun and motivating setting.

Zumba is a workout that combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Boot camp is a great workout for everyone interested in improving their fitness and stamina. This class serves the needs of all students – it will get beginners into shape and challenge advanced athletes.

As a Fitness Professional, I create and teach classes based on different fitness levels, diverse cultures and age groups. I lead groups in various formats of cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength and endurance training, stretching and relaxation, calming cool-down. I assist my trainees to improve performance and train with confidence.
