Hi everybody name Mike Le Trainer and fitness enthusiast. I instruct an intermediate crossfit class every Friday at 6:00pm. Everybody is welcome to join it’s a full body training working your cardio respiratory system, building your muscular endurance, strength, and is centred around functional movements.

If you’ve never tried crossfit it’s will be a great way to test your conditioning and it will sure give you a real good sweat and reveal any weakness you may have so that you could work on improving. It’s a challenge class and ppl come back for a great work out, burn off some stress, get a heavy workout, and a great endorphins rush.

You’ll learn fundamental excises basics that you could utilize for your own training. Learning all the fundamental compound exercises that is a bases of a good training regime.

Come and give it a try you’ll be around like minded ppl who like to challenge and push themselves to improve and the energy of class will definitely help keep you motivated.

Coming to the class on a consistent bases will make you have better conditioning you will notice daily activities become easier and if your into sports you’ll develop a good amount of power endurance. Explosive compound movements that can be done over and over again without getting fatigued.
