MARGARITA MOORE
YOGA

I started my yoga journey 9 years ago and since my first class I fell in love with it. After 5 years of practicing, I decided to take the next step and become a yoga teacher!

Before becoming a yoga instructor I worked in the financial industry for six years. It was a rewarding experience; however, my true passion lies in yoga. For me, yoga is not only a physical activity, it is a lifestyle—everything that you experience on your mat: passion, care, love and respect, can be taken off the mat into everyday life.

I am certified in Hatha & Vinyasa, completing my 200 hour Yoga Alliance certificate at Tula, a studio located in downtown Toronto. I have been teaching yoga for three years and I have learned from several great teachers along the way. One of them is Diane Bruni. She has not only taught me about yoga, but she has also showed me the importance of embracing life and becoming more aware and connected with oneself. Another great teacher is J-P Tamblyn Sabo. His charisma, knowledge and passion for yoga has taught me the importance of teaching from my heart and being ones true self.

My classes tend to be a challenging flow style with dynamic and creative transitions.

In January 2014, I completed my level 1 & 2 Reiki Certification. Reiki is a holistic hand’s on healing method that helps people on the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual level.
This led him to work with many experts and companies as a trainer, marketer and distributor of supplements and health devices. Eric has been teaching kettlebells at Xtreme Couture over the last 2 years. His classes offer a full body workout; balanced between cardio, technique and strength routines. Classes include core kettlebell exercises, such as swing, clean, press, snatch and high-energy cardio using a combination of body weight, steppers and Bosu balls. These classes cater to participants of any age or fitness level. New members will learn proper technique and quickly notice an improvement in their core strength, energy levels and body tone. They might also discover a new passion and make a few new friends!

In his spare time Eric enjoys riding motorcycles, skydiving, flyboarding and snowboarding. On a sunny day, you might also find him on the beach flipping kettlebells for fun.
