John Harry is a certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor as per a 300 hour intensive training, he also actively attends numerous workshops with respected teachers locally, and Internationally. He currently practices Ashtanga Yoga, in the traditional Mysore (self practice) style/discipline. John’s Vinyasa flow classes focus on proper alignment, and building strength through purposeful, educated  movements. John’s classes will aspire to give students the confidence and knowledge to progress through a strict and dynamic practice that is accessible to everyone.
