Anna’s passion for yoga is evident as is her zest for almost anything she does. A singer songwriter and performer, Anna found yoga about 6 years ago when working on her first independent album, arriving at her first class at Downward Dog on Queen Street in Toronto, in a pair of socks. Not knowing what she was in for, she was completely surprised and in awe with what she discovered. In dealing with the pressures of being an artist in the music industry she found herself at total peace on her matt. “It’s as if there was no noise around me, just the sound of my own breath and the beat of my heart.” To Anna, the practice became much like a dance, and the classroom her mini stage where she would work out not just her body, but also her mind. Guiding you through the postures to your ability in a one-hour power and power flow class, giving you her all every time to ensue that you have an experience you’ll remember, Anna will have you coming back.
