Monica Muntean started her fitness journey at the age of 3 and since then has continued to develop and refine her skills. She has a passion for teaching and coaching her clients one on one through exercise and fitness as well as in her group fitness conditioning classes. She challenges members to become their best self while taking them to their limits.
