Marco began training and fighting in amateur Muay Thai under world renowned Muay Thai guru Kru Ajarn Suchart at Siam No. 1 in 2003. Marco’s teachings are a balance of cardio and strength training, blended with fundamental Muay Thai techniques.
Thai workouts we work on: Monday @ 6:30pm, pad work with plyometric exercises.
Saturday @ 9:00am, cross training style blast to help build strength, endurance, and conditioning followed by technique and bag work.
